✨ Exploring the Stars! ✨

Our Grade 11 and 12 students enjoyed an inspiring visit to the Dominion Observatory at the Experimental Farm.

Students had the opportunity to learn about Canada’s rich history in astronomy and geoscience, explore historic equipment, and discuss how scientific research has evolved over time. They were especially fascinated by the Observatory’s role in timekeeping and space measurement before the digital age. 

Experiential learning like this helps spark curiosity, deepen understanding, and connect classroom learning to the real world, and our students had a stellar time!
